Keyboard shortcuts
Move around a planning view and act on items without having to reach for the mouse every time.
On the planning canvas
These shortcuts help you move quickly on a planning view.
- Tab
- Move focus to the next item on the canvas.
- Space
- Open the add dialog when nothing is focused, or open the edit flow for the focused item.
- Backspace
- Delete the focused item (you will be asked to confirm).
- Enter
- Select the focused item, then press Enter again to open its details or navigate into a linked entry.
- Shift + drag
- Drag on the canvas background to draw a selection box; every card the box touches is added to your selection.
